Anthony Lawson - President
Mr. Lawson joined HITCO in 2003. He has over 29 years experience in
the aerospace industry, including executive positions at Northrop
Grumman and Burke Industries. He was the V.P. Deputy Program Manager
for the B2 Bomber Program at Northrop Grumman. Mr. Lawson earned his
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and his M.S. degree in Organizational Management from The University of La
Verne.

Steve Bower -
Senior Vice President Finance & Administration
Mr. Bower joined HITCO in April, 2003 after seven years with SGL
CARBON in Charlotte, N.C. and Wiesbaden, Germany. Prior to joining
SGL, Mr. Bower held several controllership and Investor Relations
positions with Collins & Aikman Corporation from 1989 through 1996.
Prior to 1989 Mr. Bower was an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Bower received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from
California State University, Northridge in 1983. He received his
M.B.A. degree from Duke University in 1996 |

Mark Kokosinski – Senior Vice President, Sales - Commercial
Mr.
Kokosinski originally joined HITCO in 1993 as Director of Marketing
and returned in 2007 after completing several assignments within the
SGL Group, including Chairman of the Carbon Graphite- North America
Business Unit and President of SGL Technic/ Polycarbon Division.
Prior to joining HITCO, Kokosinski was employed by CYTEC
Industries for 10 years.
Mr. Kokosinski earned his Bachelor of Science degree (with distinction) in
Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and M.B.A. from the Sloan School
of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and was selected for
promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. |

John Saliture - Senior Vice President Operations
Mr. Saliture has held impressive aerospace leadership positions in Operations and Quality Program Management. He joined HITCO in January 2009 after five years with Northrop Grumman as Director of Supplier Quality. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, he was Vice President and Program Manager for the F35 Program at GKN ATS in Garden Grove, CA. and prior to that he was Vice President and General Manager of Pilkington Aerospace Limited in Kings Norton, England. In 1988, he served five years at McDonnell Douglas as General Manager, Quality Assurance for C17 Airlift and Tanker programs. Prior to joining McDonnell Douglas, Mr. Saliture was the Senior Quality Manager for B2 Final Assembly and Flight Test Operations at Northrop Grumman. Mr. Saliture holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Mr. Saliture served in the United States Marine Corps. |

Gerard Taccini - Vice President Programs - Commercial
Mr. Taccini joined HITCO in 1985 and has held multiple positions of increasing responsibility including engineering, manufacturing management, sales and marketing and program management. He has extensive experience with carbon/carbon, carbon composites and complex composite assemblies for use in automotive, aerospace, chemical and industrial applications. Mr. Taccini earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineer from Northeastern University. |
